• The Original:  A spicy blend of aged habanero and red chilis, blended with Italian sea salt and both red wine and white vinegars.
• Hawkfire:  Hot! Hot! Hot combination of aged peppers originating in India, Bahama and Baltimore (via the Caribbean) -- including the popular Ghost Pepper. Delish!!
• Green:  Aged jalapenos and white vinegar - with a touch of sesame.  Incredible fresh flavor -- with a kick!
